We’re adjusting the schedules to tailor your needs and provide you with all kinds of tips, tricks and secrets to grow your muscles the right and effective way, lose weight or get and stay fit.

Both training in our private gym and online are possible.

How it works

 

  1. Schedule your intake conversation. This is mandatory before scheduling any PT-sessions.
  2. Buy your PT-session(s). Choose from 1 up to 8 sessions, and get more discount when buying more sessions in advance.
  3. Schedule your PT-session(s). You can reserve your time-slot up to 2 weeks ahead.
